Founded in 1988, America's 401(k) is an Independent Third Party Administrator (TPA) located in Dallas/Fort Worth that specializes in maintaining a quality, cost-effective retirement plan for hundreds of companies in and around the North Texas region. Jeff Reddig


Jeffrey Reddig, President of America's 401(k), Inc., oversees the company's Administration & Operations. Prior to joining America's 401(k), Jeff held various positions in the qualified retirement plan industry including plan administrator, implementation manager, plan consultant and relationship manager for a third-party administrator, as well as in the Retirement Services division of a Professional Employer Organization. Jeff graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a bachelor's degree in finance and holds the retirement plan-specific designation Qualified 401(k) Administrator ("QKA"). Jeff proudly served his country for five years in the United States Navy and was honorably discharged as a decorated Petty Officer First Class. Outside of work Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as fishing, camping and playing golf.


Tom Ditzer

Partner & VP of Sales

Tom Ditzer is the VP of Business Development who helps Retirement Plan Consultants and Employers institute best practices involving plan design, Fiduciary process, benefit illustrations & cost competitiveness to run their plan as efficiently as possible under ERISA law.

People who know him can always count on his responsiveness, professionalism, "go-anywhere- at- anytime" attitude & dedication to helping the small businesses of North Texas.

When not solving America's Retirement Conundrum, Tom is often playing ice hockey for a local group of has-beens called the Harrow Vaqueros, chasing squirrels with his dogs Beacon, El Macho & Sweet Pea, or listening to XM Pearl Jam radio in the car. Tom was born in Upstate New York and graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY.

Tom & his wife Rebecca Mason, recently bought & renovated a 100+ year old house in Historic East Dallas & were featured on 2 separate episodes of "House Hunters" on HGTV. They are so fortunate to have recently welcomed their first child, Madax William Ditzer to the family!

David Ralston

David W. Ralston

ERISA Attorney

Mr. Ralston is a specialist in the area of ERISA and the laws involving qualified employee benefit plans. He has practiced law in this area for twenty eight years, graduating from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1985. Previously, he earned a BBA degree from Southern Methodist University and a MA-Business from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Mr. Ralston has been involved extensively in the implementation of qualified employee benefit plans, including profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, money purchase pension plans, defined benefit pension plans and employee stock ownership plans (ESOPs). He has given particular emphasis to employee benefit plans for owners and highly compensated employees of closely-held businesses through implementation of comparability and age-weighted qualified retirement plans. Additionally, he consults with trustees and advisors concerning fiduciary duties and responsibilities under ERISA and assists plan sponsors with Voluntary Compliance applications to the IRS. Mr. Ralston is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas State Bar College and the Dallas Bar Association. He also is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and is a member of the Board of Directors of the ASPPA Benefits Council of Dallas-Fort Worth.


Anna Kuykendall

Senior Plan Consultant – Head of Administration

Anna Kuykendall provides superior retirement consulting services by helping clients understand their retirement plan while producing accurate and timely results and exceeding client expectations.

With nearly 20 years of experience in retirement plan administration, Anna is well-versed in serving the retirement plan needs of small businesses. Anna joined America's 401(k) in 1998, and as a Senior Plan Consultant, her tenure and deep understanding of the retirement plan market enable her to efficiently oversee more than 100 qualified plans while managing an administrative team of 10 professionals. Anna attends industry seminars and conferences several times each year to keep current on regulatory changes pertinent to clients.

Clients can expect Anna to build long-term relationships that engender trust and confidence. She serves her clients best by listening which allows her to understand their needs and goals. She then selects the best plan options to meet those objectives and applies them to design an effective retirement plan. Anna has access to a full suite of services that will bring confidence to plan sponsors and ensure that clients are operating a legislatively current and administratively compliant plan.

Anna and her husband are busy raising four daughters ranging in age from 11 to 18. She and her husband happily cheer on the girls as they pursue volleyball & their numerous academic events throughout the year. Anna enjoys reading, weekend road trips and any opportunity to spend evenings outdoors listening to country music with family and friends.


Sondra Coleman

Senior Implementation & Benefit Consultant

Sondra Coleman is a Senior Implementation Consultant working primarily with "PLANS IN MOTION"!  With over 20 years with America's 401(k) & over 30 years of experience working with retirement plans, Sondra provides our new clients with the knowledge and confidence that their retirement plan fits in with their needs and goals.  She also assists ~40 plans per year change their Investment Recordkeeper with everything that exciting process entails!

Working closely with our Compliance and Legal Departments, Sondra also assists to make sure that Plan Sponsor's with existing plan documents are operated in line with their Adoption Agreement.  In addition to the implementation of our new administrative clients, Sondra is also responsible for the compliance work for 30 clients.  This allows her to keep up with the constant changes in law keeping her current.

In her spare time, Sondra like to spend time playing BUNCO with her friends, spending quality time with her daughters and setting around the house relaxing with her fur babies.


Mark Larson

Senior Plan Consultant

Mark Larson provides superior consulting and administrative services to Plan Sponsors and their advisors by designing, implementing and maintaining retirement plans that meet their business objectives.

For more than 27 years, Mark has been helping clients address their retirement plan needs. It's a testament to Mark's dedication to the retirement plan services industry that he has achieved a number of professional credentials and certifications demonstrating his expertise and commitment to implementing prudent processes, policies and unique solutions for sponsors of retirement plans. His clients and their advisors depend on him for his knowledge and insight when implementing and administering their retirement plans.

Specializing in Pension Plan rules and regulations, Mark earned his B.S. in Mathematics from UCLA. He stays current on industry trends and the constantly changing legislative environment with his ongoing commitment to education. He guides Plan Sponsors through the technical and administrative challenges that determine the plan design options that best meet their needs at each stage of their business cycle. Clients and their advisors rely on Mark as a trusted pension consultant and depend on his strong problem solving skills to address issues as they arise.

Shelley Vickrey, QKA

Senior Plan Consultant

Shelley Vickrey is a Plan Consultant at America's 401k who helps her clients achieve the maximum level of benefit in their retirement plan.

Shelley's work experience is comprised of a unique blend of legal and plan consulting experience including interpreting plan documents, retirement plan compliance, complex contribution calculations, plan administration, as well as building and maintaining successful client relationships. In addition, her technology and performance improvement degree has proved beneficial for identifying complex problems and finding practical solutions.

In Shelley's free time, she enjoys expressing her creativity through music and home remodels. At each opportunity, Shelley and her youngest daughter travel to San Antonio to visit her oldest daughter who is a recent graduate of UTSA.  

Prior to America's 401k, Shelley began her career in the employee benefits industry as a paralegal specializing in retirement plan documents and compliance. As an employee benefits paralegal she gained in-depth experience preparing qualified retirement plan documents, Summary Plan Descriptions, plan amendments, participant loan agreements and Voluntary Compliance Program documentation.  Additionally, Shelley performed legal research involving all aspects of the installation and operation of qualified retirement plans.  

Tresa Selby

Plan Consultant

Tresa Selby delivers a superior client service experience by providing reliable and accurate reporting.

Tresa Selby is a Plan Consultant with nearly 12 years of industry experience. She is a Certified Pension Administrator and has experience with accounting and reconciliation.

Tresa serves clients best by listening, to determine their needs and find the best solution. She understands the importance of reliable information and ensures the accuracy of client statements. Her commitment to providing excellent service paired with her knowledge of client reporting result in an exceptional client experience.

Outside of work, Tresa enjoys spending time with her family. She has two grown children, a daughter in middle school and a toddler granddaughter. Tresa volunteers her time to her daughter's middle school by coaching the soccer team, acting as a team parent and organizing a school food drive.

Stephanie Delinois

Plan Consultant

Stephanie Delinois is the Plan Consultant who helps her clients understand their plan and its features in order to achieve the maximum benefit in their retirement plan.

People who know her can count on her to deliver her own style… thanks to her sewing skills and creativity.

When she is not deep into compliance testing or sewing herself a new pair of awesome pants, Stephanie enjoys traveling and learning to ride her new Harley Davidson.  Cruise ships, summer vacations and the beach are high on her list. She also has two children who fill her time with being a chauffeur to band practice and school events. Stephanie grew up in Alabama and graduated from Stillman College in Tuscaloosa. 

Prior to America's 401k, Inc., Stephanie spent over 15 years as an Accountant, specializing in Tax.


Adam Williams

Plan Consultant/ Implementation Manager

Adam Williams is an Associate Plan Consultant at America's 401(k), Inc. Adam ventured his way to the great state of Texas after receiving his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Missouri Southern State University. He will assist plan sponsors in maintaining regulatory compliance when it comes to calculating eligibility and employer plan contributions, annual testing, and government filings.

You can always count on Adam's availability because like he said he is new in town and does not have any obligations tying him down! His effort is never questioned because he has a positive attitude and is always ready to work. When not working, Adam is an avid fantasy football player, enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and attending church functions. He is currently working on correcting his snap hook off the tees.


Christina Davis

Plan Consultant

Christina Davis is a Plan Administrator who assists with various plans and compliance testing administration duties.

People who know her can count on her abilities turn a frown upside down with her quirky personality and to motivate others. She is always looking for her next grand adventure. Christina, born and raised in the Texas, graduated from the University of North Texas.

When Christina is not devoting her time to America's 401(k) Inc., you can find her exercising at the gym or in the kitchen trying out a new recipe. Prior to America's 401 (k), Christina spent her time working at homeless shelters devoted to improving the lives of women, children, and families.

Paula Rafferty

Plan Consultant

Paula Rafferty is a Senior Plan Consultant who helps Plan Sponsors ensure that they meet all compliance and fiduciary duties for their Defined Contribution plans. She believes that communication is the key to being proactive.

Paula has 17 years of experience helping clients with understanding the compliance requirements for their plans. Prior to joining America’s 401(k), Paula worked as a plan administrator, Compliance Team Leader and Plan Manger for firms in Delaware, New York and California.

Paula holds a Business Administration degree in Operations Management from the University of Delaware. Additionally, she has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.

Paula is married and has two daughters. When Paula is not working with clients, she likes to travel and spend time with her family.

Michelle Hanacik

Document & Compliance Manager

Michelle Hanacik is a Legal Assistant working with Attorney David W. Ralston at America's 401k, Inc. on the ERISA Legal Team.

Michelle has worked with David Ralston for nine years in the preparation of plan documents for qualified employee benefit plans (including profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, money purchase pension plans, and defined benefit plans), ensuring plans are updated timely and accurately to comply with Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor requirements. Prior to working with David Ralston, Michelle spent several years assisting in preparation of estate planning documents and previously worked for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Texas for 14 years.

Michelle most enjoys spending her free time with her husband Kent and their children and grandchildren. In addition, she enjoys quilting, classic movies, reading, geneology, and travel.

Betsy McKinlay

Legal Assistant

Betsy McKinlay is a Legal Assistant working with Attorney David W. Ralston at America's 401k, Inc. on the ERISA Legal Team. She helps in the preparation of plan documents for qualified employee benefit plans, ensuring plans are updated timely and accurately to comply with Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor requirements.

Prior to America's 401, Inc., Betsy spent 16 years (not consecutively) working at a law firm in Dallas as a Legal Assistant in the areas of litigation, corporate, real estate, bankruptcy and family law and in the Accounting Department. Betsy is born and raised in Texas. She went to college at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas where she received a Bachelor of Social Work degree which she used for a short time before receiving her paralegal certificate and the rest is history.

When she is not working, Betsy enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids. She also enjoys scrapbooking, photography, reading and traveling.


Kent Little

VP of Recordkeeping Operations

Kent Little positions employers and participants to achieve their goals by creating efficient processes that result in streamlined plan administration and high participation rates.

Serving retirement plan clients for more than five years, Kent graduated from Howard Payne University with a degree in business administration. Kent attends industry seminars each year to keep current on developments that can create efficiencies for clients' retirement benefits administration.

As Vice President of Operations at Retirement Investment Administrators (RIA), Kent strives to provide unique solutions in retirement plan administration that allow employers to focus on their business and give peace of mind to employees planning for a comfortable retirement. He employs multi-step process during the initial stages of transitioning a plan to the RIA platform to anticipate and problem solve any potential obstacles. He works closely with Plan Administrators to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience and to provide the highest quality customer service.

Kent is an outgoing person and great conversationalist with a wide range of interests. He enjoys good craft beer, spending time outdoors, hunting, and reading. Additionally, Kent is a top-notch "peek-a-boo" player with his son, Colby.


Samer Ahmed

Plan Manager

Samer Ahmed serves the needs of clients by demonstrating a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Serving the recordkeeping needs of retirement clients for two years, Samer graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington after earning his B.S. in Economics.

As a Client Services Specialist, Samer handles responsibilities related to 401(k) recordkeeping operations and ensures that all of his clients' daily needs are addressed. He understands that when a problem arises it is an opportunity in disguise, and he can create a resolution for it. Samer is dedicated to his position, as he believes that his work leaves a lasting impression on his clients.

Samer is a great conversationalist, having lived in several countries and among several cultures. He is fluent in three languages, a certified scuba diver and an avid soccer fan.


Sarah Coppinger

Sales & Marketing Associate

Sarah Coppinger is the Sales & Marketing Associate who helps employers create the best 401(k) plan suitable for their company.

People who know her can count on her to be open, honest & throw in a good joke every now and again.

When not meeting with employers and branding America's 401(k), Sarah enjoys summertime, ice cream and being outdoors. She also is very competitive and likes (must) win at everything. Sarah is a born and raised Texan and is a recent college graduate from Texas Woman's University in Denton.

Prior to whipping employers into shape with America's 401k, Inc. Sarah spent 3 years in the fitness world working as a Pilates Instructor and Health Fitness Specialist helping people achieve their goals along with educating them on the importance of healthy living.


Velta Burbach

Accounting Administrator

Velta has worked for America's 401k since 2000, and has worked in the Accounting Field for over 40 years. She has a well-rounded set of skills from billing to office equipment repairs. She is always willing to take inquiries from clients and assist to resolve any issues they may have. She is very dedicated to the company and the organizations we serve.

After graduating High School in Stuart, Oklahoma she attended College in Wichita Falls, TX and has lived in the Dallas area since 1966.

Velta and her husband Richard enjoy spending time with their 5 children, 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandson as well as camping, riding their Harley Davidson motorcycle and outings with friends. She makes frequent trips to Oklahoma to care for her sister and visit her best friend. Velta also enjoys a quiet day at home watching a good movie with Gunner and Willow, their Boston Terriers.

Stacy Jonas

Office Manager and Accounting Specialist

Stacy Jonas joins America's 401K, Inc. as the Office Manager & Accounting Specialist. She brings over thirty years of experience working in the North Dallas area employed in the edible Nut Industry. Much of her experience comes from managing a busy Sales and Marketing Office for the trading of nuts, seeds and dried fruit commodities. Stacy was responsible for the smooth operation of the office on a daily basis and wore many hats for different areas of responsibility in the Accounting, HR functions, Office, Investment Plans and Sales & Marketing of client accounts and the follow-through in Customer Service.

Stacy graduated from L.V. Berkner High School in Richardson, TX; attended Richland College and earned a Associates Degree in Business before obtaining her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Human Resources.

Married to Roger and living in Garland, TX going on 30 years; they have a family of 4 children, 6 grandchildren and 2 pet dogs. Stacy enjoys watching FC Dallas MLS Soccer, The Dallas Cowboy Football games, walking the dogs, camping in the RV and spending time with the kids, grandkids, family and friends.

From going "nuts" in her previous position to joining America's 401K; Stacy's goal is always to make a contribution that is professional and results oriented to support the team and Company in the efficient and seamless operation of the office and accounting areas.

Melissa Wilson

Administrative Assistant

Melissa is the administrative assistant for America’s 401k and helps with loans and distributions.

People who know her say she is very outgoing and has a great personality. Melissa is proud mother of three beautiful daughters and five charismatic grandchildren. At home with "Missy", you'll receive a heavy dose of hunting, spending time at the lake, and camping with her family. She grew up in DeSoto, TX and graduated from DeSoto High School and attended Navarro College for Legal Secretary.

Prior to Americas 401K Melissa spent 18 years as an office manager for 3 different companies overseeing all their needs in running the overall office. Melissa has 18 years of Human Resource and Accounting experience, extensively, but not limited to, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Customer service is one of her greatest assets along with being able to adapt to complex environments to ensure a productive workflow.
